It is a newly decorated and excellent property located in Esquilino district right by many attractions around Rome. Thanks to all genuinely helpful and competent staff. the hotel is situated in the central location close to Termini train station.

the property is absolutely great and the staff is exceptional. the location is great and perfect, it's in esquilino district very close to both termini station and the roman forum as well as the major tourist sites.

The staff were incredibly kind and the facilities were GOOD.

The location of this place is excellent, being very close to a tube station.

The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a pretty nice area, near to airport and the Underground, restaurants and markets and the Roma Termini train station and many of the major tourist sites. Its location a few steps away from Domus Aurea Ruin was great.

Good for short break, with a quiet atmosphere. Had best possible location to the main attraction of the city, near Piazza Dante...

the location close to a bus station was perfect and best possible. I went to a good restaurant and enjoyed the Italian dishes.

The room was lovely and modern with a great shower when I arrived. I was pleased with the good service. the excellent and incredible location close to an underground station was just what I needed.

Had a very nice stay for 7 nights. I really enjoyed the good restaurant. the location was particularly good and perfect - within short walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. the city center is located not very far from the hotel.

The staff here is extremely friendly, kind, and wonderful to interact with.

The location was excellent, just off the Colosseum, the bus stop, and the Pantheon. the units were new-fashioned with a minibar and had all necessary things. the staff were absolutely kind.

The entrance to the hotel was not well marked and could be confusing.

I absolutely loved my stay at Federica's Home! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Termini Station and within easy reach of the Colosseum and other attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a quiet oasis for a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was incredible, with a variety of delicious options including fresh croissants, cakes, and even boiled eggs. The host, Federica, was friendly, helpful, and made the best cappuccinos. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place for a stay in Rome.

The guest room here is impressive, especially the great shower.
